     Nestled in the heart of Sacramento, our journey is a labor of love, brought to life by a passionate married couple.

     Our story began in 2013, captivated by the rich flavors and meticulous techniques of Japanese Ramen, the husband determined to share it with our community.
     In 2019, with a shared dream and unwavering dedication, we opened Soku Ramen & Juice Bar. Our mission is simple: to create fresh, delicious ramen that warms the soul and brings people together. Each bowl we serve is a testament to our commitment to quality and tradition.
     At Soku Ramen Bar, we wake up early every day to prepare our signature broths, simmered for hours to extract the deepest flavors.
